Central African Republic International Adds Top Flight Experience to Upgraded Attack
Le Mans FC secured their second major summer signing by finalizing a deal for Guingamp striker Louis Mafouta. The 32-year-old Central African Republic international signed a initial two-year contract, with an optional further year, after successfully passing a medical at the La Pincenardière training ground.
Mafouta arrives on the back of a prolific Ligue 2 campaign where he finished as the division's second-highest scorer with 15 goals and two assists. Known for his tactical awareness, high-intensity pressing, and deep runs, the 1.86m attacker has scored 16 goals in 33 caps for his country.
